One coat emergency repair and waterproofer for roofs

SealAcryl is a one component UV stable solvent based acrylic liquid applied roof coating membrane. Designed to prevent ingress of water whilst allowing any trapped moisture to escape and evaporate naturally.

The product is manufactured with fibre reinforcement pre-dispersed in the tin. The product retains its flexibility achieving exceptional adhesion to all roofing materials mentioned below.

Used for renovation of all types of roof structure. Provides waterproof protection of flat and pitched roofs, corrugated asbestos sheet, roof lights, flashings, roofing felt, roof gutters, slate, asphalt, lead, metal and fibreglass.

Can be used as an Emergency repair coating in damp conditions. Excellent adhesion, fully flexible.

Application in Damp Conditions with instant protection. Superb Solar Reflectivity, highly UV resistant.

Only one coat required. Will outlast bituminous coatings.

One coat of SealAcryl seals and waterproofs most surfaces and provides a tough slip resistance finish. Whilst is can be applied in one coat experience has shown that a two coat application ensures a greater uniformity of coating thickness.
